The Drunken Parrot Beach House

Due to Covid-19, For the safety of you or your family, we are only booking ONE guest/couple or family at the beach house. WHen you book you will be the only guest at the Beach House. Also we will have 48 hour interval between bookings for cleaning purposes.

Making Island vacations affordable and Safe.

For the SAFETY of us and guest, PLEASE use the hand washing station on the front porch after returning from places where people gather; restaurants, stores and such, before entering the house. Mask are required on the Island for entering any business or in areas where you will be in close proximity to others. We will be taking temperatures upon arrival. Please inform us if at anytime during your stay if you have any symptoms of COVID 19 and please wear your mask. Don't be offended if we don't shake your hands or if we are wearing our masks.

We all want to go on vacation and going to a tropical paradise is ideal. The Drunken Parrott Beach House makes that dream a reality, giving you an affordable option for lodging. It's a great place to stay approximately 150 feet from the blue green waters of the Caribbean Sea, beautiful sunset view right outside your window...what more could you want!

We may not have all the comforts of home, but you are on vacation. You won't want to watch TV, there are too many other things to do, but if you do, we have them, using Apple TV Streaming. You will also always stay connected with the free WiFi, which is 50MB down and 8MB up. AT&T has good cell signal, you should, however, check with your cellular provider on roaming charges on the island. The steady breeze off the water is nature's air conditioning but after a long day of swimming and snorkeling and drinking, wouldn't some A/C be great. Well, you are in luck. We just added A/C to all the rooms. In fact, on the island you will not find many places with air conditioning, most all the restaurants are open air dining.

Ammenities

If you need a ride to or from the airport, let us know. We highly recommend renting a car so you can experience the whole island.
Available are two single kayak and a tandem ocean kayak. Some snorkeling equipment is available along with beach towels and a cooler. If you want to purchase cheap snorkeling equipment you can find that at K-Mart or rent or buy equipment from Nep2une in town. Please remember to treat our equipment as if it was your own. Lost or damages equipment will charged to the customer.
The Beach House has fire extinguighers, first aid kits and Smoke/CO detectors. There is a gas grill for your cookouts. We just added an outdoor shower and sink to rinse off after your day at the beach. Also free Wi-Fi and Apple TV Streaming.

Work in Progress

This beach house has been used as a rental for years and we are always trying to make improvements. We have opened the Master Suite and Bunk Room on the second floor. Also we added a living room area on the second floor. After your stay here, please feel free to tell us what we can do to make your stay better.
Our goal is to have a place where you want to come back to again and tell your friends to come too!
